Saasymo Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. All customer agreements, billing, and service obligations are the legal responsibility of Saasymo Ltd.

eSIMFlux is a global eSIM marketplace and connectivity platform owned and operated by Saasymo Ltd. By using eSIMFlux, you acknowledge and agree that:

• eSIMFlux is a product of Saasymo Ltd, a UK-registered company.
• All eSIM purchases, subscriptions, and transactions are processed by Saasymo Ltd.
• Customer support for eSIMFlux is provided by Saasymo Ltd and can be reached at support@esimflux.com.
• eSIM connectivity is provided through third-party carrier networks. Saasymo Ltd acts as the platform provider and billing agent.
• Refund and cancellation policies for eSIMFlux are governed by Saasymo Ltd's policies as outlined on the eSIMFlux platform.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Services without our express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@saasymo.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, functionality, software, and infrastructure of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Saasymo Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Saasymo Ltd name, logo, eSIMFlux name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Saasymo Ltd.

Certain Services require payment. By subscribing to or purchasing our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by Saasymo Ltd through our authorized payment processors. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saasymo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
